This is the notebook — a quiet corner of the internet where I think out loud about building products in regulated markets, scaling crypto platforms, and the operational systems I use to stay sane across Hong Kong, Singapore, and wherever else the work takes me.

A few rules I'm setting for myself:

• No filler. If I don't have something specific to say, I won't publish.
• Real examples. I work in program management for financial products — I'll write about the actual trade-offs, not the LinkedIn version.
• Short when possible. Most posts will be under 800 words.
